Since its foundation, Bioceres has been an attractive investment option for those wishing to contribute to the development of science in Argentina. Starting with the original, first 23 founding members, and continuing with a constant flow of joining members that have shared the vision and decided to be part of this change that is already underway.
Currently, Bioceres has more than 260 shareholders. None of them has a majority stake in the company, and the shareholder base is well spread-out, with no single shareholder owning more than 3% of the company.
Bioceres allows the admission of new shareholders who share the dream of being a leader the generation of knowledge and technologies for agriculture and related sciences. Our objective is to develop new technologies that can help us use the scarce resources more efficiently and to increase and stabilize agricultural yields.
